There were no real cons as such although he said there are a few things he would have liked to see included.

  • Physical copy of the program. Some people prefer to have a physical book and our member said he would have liked this option.
  • Other than that, there were no other cons our member reported.

The Results!

I honestly though that i was just one of those people who lacked flexibility and always would. The fact i could barely join in when it came to my martial arts class vs 4 weeks later and i could do the full splits, is testament to the effectiveness of the training.

Implementing the program was easier than i thought it would be and because it is only 8 minutes a day, you can perform the workout virtually anywhere. Sometimes i would be at home, other times i would do it in my lunch break at work.
